Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out permitted and prohibited uses of Amorly. It applies to all users, guests, and visitors to wedding websites and RSVP pages.
Who We Are

1. Permitted Use
You may use Amorly to:
- Plan and manage weddings.
- Create wedding websites.
- Send invitations and RSVP links to your own guests.
- Upload lawful content that you have the rights to use.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Upload or distribute illegal, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content.
- Promote violence, discrimination, or hate.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
2.2 Email & Guest List Misuse
You must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Upload purchased, scraped, or third-party mailing lists.
- Misrepresent your identity in invitations.
- Use the platform for commercial bulk messaging unrelated to weddings.
2.3 Platform Abuse
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Circumvent security or access controls.
- Interfere with system integrity or performance.
- Use automated scraping, bots, or crawling.
- Reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted.
2.4 Content Rights
You must not:
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Impersonate others.
2.5 Public Wedding Website Use
You are responsible for content published on your wedding website. Amorly does not actively monitor all user-generated content.
3. Enforcement
- We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
- We are not obligated to monitor content proactively.
- We may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
- We may take action where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
4. Beta / Early Access
Because the service is evolving, we may modify or restrict certain features to prevent misuse or improve stability.
5. Responsibility and Liability
You remain solely responsible for content you upload or share. Amorly is not liable for user-generated content. Nothing in this policy excludes liability where unlawful under Scots law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
