Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including guest invitations and website publishing.
• Sign-in is provided through third-party identity providers such as Google or Apple.

Pricing

The service is free. There are no subscriptions or payment obligations.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to compromise security.
• Do not scrape or access the service without authorisation.
• Do not send unsolicited or deceptive emails through the platform.
• Do not interfere with the service or other users’ access to it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact individuals using the platform, including when uploading guest email addresses or sending invitations. Amorly does not verify the legality of uploaded contact lists.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including wedding details, guest lists, RSVP notes, and uploaded images. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display this content as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, or distribute through the service, including wedding website content, guest communications, RSVP notes, and uploaded files. We do not review all user-generated content and are not responsible for content created by users.

No Professional Advice

Amorly provides organisational tools only and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Beta / Early Access

The service is evolving. Features may change or be discontinued, and interruptions or data loss may occur. You use the service at your own risk.

Data Responsibility and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important wedding information. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the availability of the service, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

Our Intellectual Property

The Amorly platform, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third parties such as email delivery providers, hosting, analytics, storage, and sign-in providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service where we reasonably believe this policy or our Terms have been breached, or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed £100.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
